Be a part of Community Art at the Library

We’ll work together to create the sculptures on:
Fri. June 9 – 10 am-Noon
Sat. June 10- 10 am-Noon
Fri. June 16- 10 am-Noon
Sat. June 17- 10 am-Noon

Professor Emeritus & Artist Florence Thorne will guide us on our adventure with art! She will help us to create the “Passageways to Learning”

To Take Part:
All supplies provided – please come dressed to paint.
We’ll paint the sticks together.
We’ll weave them into wire fencing & shape them into arches.
The result will be a bright, beautiful work of art in the library field that you helped to make!
We’ll hold a community reception, a date TBA.
Recommended for people 8 yrs. of age to adults. All children must have a parent or guardian with them for safety.
